It
is generally agreed that breastfeeding is best for newborn babies.
However, it is also acknowledged that many mothers introduce some
bottle feeding quite early on in their babies' lives.
Some may
wish to express their breast milk so that another family member can be
involved in the feeding process; some may need to absent themselves
from their baby from time to time; some may be advised by their health
